Refunds are available for products that arrive defective, damaged, or not as described. Custom or final-sale items are non-refundable.
You can return eligible products within 14 days of delivery. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and include all packaging.
If you'd prefer an exchange instead of a refund, we can replace the item if the requested product is in stock.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the product is defective or an error was made on our part.
